Terms of Service

1. Please contact me through DA notes or via Email
    

2. I only accept commissions of which I feel comfortable and qualified drawing. I am not able to skillfully draw mechs, vehicles, mechanical landscapes, or machinery.
    

3. I only accept payment through Paypal at this time.
    

4. Full payment is required upfront before I begin working on the commission. If you go MIA (I have not been able to reach you for over three months) during the sketch-approval process, your order is null and void. No refunds will be offered. I reserve the right to repurpose the sketch for another patron.
    

5. I hold the rights to the art and may post commissioned pieces to my gallery. You are not permitted to reproduce or sell your commission without my expressed permission.
    

6. When paying through PayPal, do NOT send payments as GIFTS or PAYMENT OWED. Please send them as a SERVICE with no shipping address. Tips are welcome!
    

7. I will allow up to THREE changes before I start charging a fee of $5 USD per edit. This includes (but is not limited to) redoing the sketch or any modifications after the patron approves of the sketch. The only exception is if the alteration was something I forgot to add or color (such as scars, paw pads, marking errors, missing accessories, etc). Once the sketch has been completed, I will not accept an entire order change. Entire order changes will either be denied or require an additional cost.
    

8. When you agree to commission me, you are agreeing to pay for my style of art. I will not draw in someone else's style. You may look through my gallery and pick which style you would like your commission in, as my style tends to fluctuate depending on the context!
    

9. When agreeing to commission me, you are agreeing to be patient. I will do my absolute best to complete art in a timely manner, but sometimes offline obligations get in the way. I will send progress shots and keep you updated on my progress if you wish. They will be watermarked and a simple Gyazo screenshot. After three months have passed, I will honor refund requests.
    

10. Please provide me with any references you have. You are welcome and encouraged to tell me if you have any specifics in mind. 
     

11. I do not release the editable PSD files of my work. A new price may be negotiated upfront if you would like the PSD file of your commission.
     

12. Unless we negotiate otherwise, my commissions are for personal use only. Prices are subject to change if you plan to use my art commercially.
